121 - Different Ways to Work With Me

This style of 121 session is based upon getting you to the deepest state of relaxation possible. Using multiple techniques ranging from body movement (an extremely restorative type of yoga), breathing exercises (very subtle and gentle), guided visualisation and meditation techniques, to the use of sound (binaural beats and other atmospheric resonant types of music) I will guide you to a place of deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Letting you rest there for a while before guiding you back. This type of practise is tremendously healing, wether you have a very busy stressful job or home life, conditions that make pain management necessary, difficulty winding down or trouble sleeping. You may well find relief in this type of session.
These sessions will be completely tailored to you.
These sessions can be In person or Online, again just suiting your needs.
These sessions are 90 minutes long to accommodate for the relaxation time at the end.
There is also the option for them to be pre-recorded and sent to you to do at your leisure and also to keep for future use.

Full Primary - lead count with hands on adjustment.
For anyone who already knows the primary series and simply wishes to practise privately with me counting the sequence and offering hands on adjustment.
Also suitable for someone who wanted to learn the Primary series in detail.
Can be done in Studio (Tynemouth) or Online
This is a 90 minute session

A one to one session is an amazing way to work with me in a way that suits your needs.
These sessions will be very specifically tailored to your requirements - this is why I request people contact me before they book to chat about what they would like to get out of the session.
Absolutely all welcome to book these sessions.
Wether you are an absolute beginner and have never done yoga before and are looking to learn the basics
or perhaps you are somewhat familiar with yoga but you have a particular condition or injury that makes you wary of joining an open group class.
Maybe you practise often and simply want to deepen your knowledge, this could be from an Asana (postures) perspective - you want to learn a certain pose - or it could be from a more philosophical perspective - you might want to delve into the areas not usually covered in open group classes.
Really the sky is the limit here whatever you want to get from it we can figure it out.
These sessions can be In person or Online, again just suiting your needs.
There is also the option for them to be pre-recorded and sent to you to do at your leisure and also to keep for future use.
This is a 1 hour session.
