Online Vinyasa Flow - Anytime Access

£10.00

The link for this class will be emailed to you…

This is a creative and intuitive style of vinyasa flow class. Each week will be varied, I tend to blend different types of practises together so there is something for everyone from graceful movement to core strengthening elements; from slow and steady stretching to arm balancing. Always we are synchronising our breath to movement, seeking out new and creative ways to link postures together. Using our breath to guide us as is a key component of this type of practice, the affect that the breath has over our nervous system being of great benefit to us. There is a real element of surrender into the unknown within Vinyasa Flow, in that we don’t always know exactly where we are going, because of this the mind will become very focussed on the body and we end up feeling as if we took a mini holiday from the outside world.

This is a really nice one if you want to practise yoga at home in your own time, you don’t have a particular agenda for the practise just to go with whatever comes through intuitively from my end.

It is important with a practise like this that you keep yourself safe from injury - listen to your own body and stop if something doesn’t feel right. If you want a session more tailored to your own specific needs check out my 121 offerings which are available both in person and online.
