Deep Relaxation Script NSDR 09 - Chakras Meditation

£11.00

This is a guided audio piece meant as a seated Meditation focusing on the 7 energy centres of the body, situated down the centre line. It is a channelled Mantra style of meditation linked to these energy centres within the body as a way for us to bring ourselves back into balance and clear flowing energy through our system. The recording could also simply be used to help you cultivate a very deep state of relaxation. That deep relaxation either aiding us in falling asleep or as an NSDR (None Sleep Deep Rest State) which you can use to replace lost sleep during the day or to simply reset the mind for more clarity and creativity in the thinking.

“Justin Sullivan/Getty Images. Google CEO Sundar Pichai recently told the Wall Street Journal he uses non-sleep deep rest, or NSDR, to relax. NSDR involves "self-inducing a state of calm" and "directing our focus to something." It can help with sleep, stress, anxiety, relaxation, and even learning.”
