Retreat night October 17th - In studio (Special magical location)

from £10.00

IN PERSON PLACES ARE SOLD OUT // IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN VIRTUALLY YOU MAY STILL BOOK AND YOU WILL BE SENT THE ZOOM LINK PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF EVENT //

SATURDAY OCTOBER 17TH - 6:30 - 8:30PM

Hello beautiful people… so happy to be able to be sharing these super special evenings with you in person again!

We will gather at the lovely yoga studio at Shanti bee in Heaton for our gorgeous Inner retreat night. A moment to turn inwards and to take time to rest, restore and heal.

Through the power of yin and restorative yoga, the magic of the breath and the help of a beautiful curated playlist you will float through two hours of relaxation.

Bringing your nervous system back into balance through the soothing of the mind and the surrender of the body.

I always like to share these breakdowns of what reactions certain brainwave states are creating within your being because I think they sum up so so well the general feeling of these evenings…

Alpha brainwaves are dominant during quietly flowing thoughts, and in some meditative states. Alpha is 'the power of now', being here, in the present. Alpha is the resting state for the brain. Alpha waves aid overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration and learning.

Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within.

Spaces are limited (10 per event) at the moment I have two events live to book so hopefully if you miss out on one you can catch another one. It is also possible to stream the event if you would prefer, just let me know when you book and I will send you out the link for Zoom. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
