Retreat Night Sunday 12th February - 18:00 - 20:00pm
The perfect Sunday evening reset! Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, NSDR (None Sleep Deep Rest), Binaural beats, Soundscape, Deep Relaxation, Deep Healing.
We create a space where introspective moments can be cultivated. A space where we allow ourselves time to fully turn inward, to retreat inside of ourselves, to surround ourselves with comfort and warmth. Effectively cocooning, releasing tension from the body with gentle stretching, bringing heat and spaciousness into our joints with tiny and restorative movements. Breathing our awareness deeper and deeper into the body. Finding ourselves lulled into a very deep sense of relaxation we drift through this type of a practise on an internal journey of calm ebb and flow of inhale and exhale. Along the way feeling our nervous system more regulated, our rest and digest mode able to take centre stage for a few hours of incredibly healing time.
This event will take place at a location near the centre of Tynemouth (full information about the location will be shared upon booking but feel free to message me about it if you have any questions.)
As usual an online option is available for anyone who is too far to travel or who just prefers to stay cosy at home and practice from there (a recording of this will be available if you can’t make the live timing.)
