Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style // Saturday 17TH December 9:30am - 11:30am - Tynemouth

£15.00

Ashtanga in the Mysore Style basically means that everyone takes their own practice at their own pace, you count for yourself (in your head) and follow along your own breathing rhythm. This leaves the teacher in this case me, without the necessity of counting and verbally instructing you as a whole group, with the space to move around the room giving more hands on adjustment or more specific verbal instruction to you on an individual level. You don’t need to practise the whole series or use up the whole 2 hours, perhaps you choose to take a half primary followed by the closing sequence and a longer savasana. You also don’t need to be able to remember the whole sequence (cheat sheets will be provided!) Do let me know if you have any questions regarding the Mysore style or anything else.

sending lots of love.
