Retreat night May 29th - In studio - Shanti bee holistic and wellbeing centre (online option also available)

from £10.00

SATURDAY MAY 29TH - 6:30 - 8:30PM

Live in person retreat nights are back woohoo! So so excited to have the first few dates of our retreat nights at shanti bee in the books, beginning with this one in may!

For those new to these workshops here’s a little bit of description about what these nights are all about… We combine the power of yin and restorative yoga, the magic of the breath, a beautiful curated playlist and the help of guided visualisations in order to float through two hours of relaxation bringing ourselves back to a full charge.

Utilising tools and techniques that have the ability to effect the nervous system; therefor deeply effecting the body, the mind and our energy systems we bring ourselves into a state in which profound shifts of healing can take place.

I always like to share these breakdowns of what reactions certain brainwave states are creating within your being because I think they sum up so so well the general feeling of these evenings…

Alpha brainwaves are dominant during quietly flowing thoughts, and in some meditative states. Alpha is 'the power of now', being here, in the present. Alpha is the resting state for the brain. Alpha waves aid overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration and learning.

Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within.

This event will take place at Shanti Bee yoga studio in Heaton. In person tickets are limited so that we can be well spaced out in the studio. An online option will be available for anyone who misses out on the studio spots (or perhaps prefers to join from their own cosy home space)

There are 3 price tiers to choose from depending on your personal circumstances please feel free to select whichever option is best for you right now.
If you have any questions or need any extra info just get in touch, look forward to seeing you all! XX
