Two Pre-recorded Breath Work and Gentle Yoga Practises to take at home.

£22.00

When I was Younger at Christmas my Dad would always make a double mix album of all his favourite songs from the year and he would label them LOUD & QUITE to be listened to on different days during the festive period depending on if the activities of the day called for chilled music or more crazy music. So I'm loosely borrowing the concept for my class titles a bit tongue in cheek.

The idea behind these two sister practise LOUD & QUITE is that it is two practises which contrast with each other but also in a way compliment, a yin and a yang if you like. To be taken at just the right time to be the perfect antidote throughout the Holiday season. Both practises are predominantly Breathwork with a little movement. This LOUD is 95% seated and 5% standing at the end and QUIET is 100% reclined.

LOUD is for when you might need to build up a little energy, gee yourself up or also could be really useful in moments when you are feeling a little bit annoyed or frustrated - the holidays can be a complicated time after all. It’s a practise that shakes and wakes our energy, dispelling stagnation and ickiness, leaving us feeling back to ourselves by the end.

QUIET is great for those moments where you really just need some peace, to lay down alone, in your own energy. The practises are very gentle, the movements are nourishing (postures which can help out our digestive organs) its pure restful energy, could be lovely before bed or really early in the morning when the world feels extra silent and we want to basque in the vibes!

When you purchase the workshop you will receive link to the web page and a password to access the page. I have set them up in a private web page with Youtube as my host for both videos. You can take the practises as many times as you feel like taking them. They are both roughly around the hour mark.
